BOXING CLASSES
Whakaruruhau will be hosting Beginners and Intermediate levels of Boxing and Fitness. This programme is being facilitated by Vijay Aryal who has over 9 years experience.
Beginners and intermediates will learn the following:
-The foundations behind punching
-Drills to improve their strength and conditioning
-Develop confidence in their footwork (i.e. shifting weight and pivoting)
-Defensive techniques
Open to ages 12 and up.
Where: Propel Fitness: 172 Princess Street
When: Every Sunday between 4 - 6PM

KANIHANI
Kanihani is a whānau oriented space where ALL ages, gender, and fitness levels can come to get active.
Facilitated by Metuaariki Paniora this is a whanau fitness programme incorporating Cook Island dancing.
When: Every Friday between 5-6pm

MARCHING
Here, you will learn all about the "Art of Marching" facilitated by Julz Whaanga who has 10 years of experience behind her. She is very excited to share her journey and pass on the foundations of marching with any whanau who are interested.
